Colloquium     90th Anniversary of the Establishment of Diplomatic Relations Germany and Ireland

This colloquium will see and hear the following distinguished speakers discuss 90 years of diplomatic relations between Ireland and Germany.

Proceedings on the evening will be as follows:

 Dr Michael Kennedy, RIA – The commencement of diplomatic relations between Ireland and Germany: 1919 to 1929

 Dr Joachim Fischer, Centre for Irish-German Studies, UL – Irish-German relations in the European Union: Cultural and language aspects
