Misspelling of names on vaccination certificates

We have received some queries in connection with misspelling of names on vaccination certificates. We would like to advise that the Ministry of Health has issued a statement in response, advising that the officially submitted omissions will be corrected by May 21 (Friday).

The following steps should be taken in case of errors in the certificates:

- notification to the vaccination point, or

- notification to the Regional Health Inspectorate or

- e-mail to the Ministry of Health at: mhcallcenter@mh.government.bg.

The email should have the full name of the person, contact details, the vaccines given and description of the discrepancies in the certificate, as well as a copy of the erroneous certificate and the correct spelling of the person's name must be attached to the email.
