Tender for the procurement of a service provider to conduct cleaning services at Ireland House

The Embassy of Ireland, Madrid, intends to engage professional services of a cleaning company across the public-facing areas, such as the reception area and meeting rooms, as well as internal office spaces, contained across different floors within Ireland House.
Specifically, the successful tenderer will be expected to:
(a) Provide a cleaning service for up to five hours per day to Ireland House, Madrid
(b) Demonstrate compliance with relevant professional qualifications and quality assurance standards
(c) Demonstrate compliance with all professional obligations to staff, as outlined in the Collective Agreement on the Cleaning of Buildings and Premises (BOCM-20190323) which governs the sector
(d) Provide a flat pricing option, taking into account the need to replace cleaning materials and other dispensable products as required
(f) Provide a detailed list of services which reflect and meet the needs as outlined in Appendix I.
The contract will cover the provision of services for an initial 12-month period, with the possibility of further extensions to a maximum term of 36 months.

Technical Privacy Policy
The Department of Foreign Affairs respects the rights of its users and does not, as a general rule, collect personal information of any kind from website users.
Where a user voluntarily provides personal information, the data will be used only for the purposes for which it is provided, and not passed to any third party, except where information is specifically provided for use in the case of emergency assistance to Irish citizens overseas.
