Consular Services Letters
The Embassy of Ireland, Bangkok provides a number of consular services letters to Irish Citizens which are required by the authorities in Thailand. The Embassy can provide the following letters once an application is submitted with the required documents.

Cessation of Visa Transfer Letters
Please note that from 1 December 2023, the Embassy of Ireland in Bangkok will no longer issue visa transfer letters, which are sometimes requested by Thai immigration when transferring visas from cancelled passports to new ones. Irish citizens can print the Visa Transfer Letters Cessation Notice below and present it to immigration officials if a visa transfer letter is requested.
