If you have recently moved to Indonesia, it may be beneficial to meet with other Irish citizens who are part of a local organisation or business network that can provide you with general advice, information and guidance.

Indonesia is generally welcoming to foreign workers. Although the official language is Bahasa, English is widely spoken and is the dominant business language. Foreigners seeking employment in Indonesia need to be aware of the relevant labour legislation and registration requirements.
