Here is your guide to some of the Irish happenings at South by Southwest (SXSW) 2020!
> Enterprise Ireland EU@SXSW Opening Night Reception
Date/time: Saturday, March 14 – 6:00pm-9:30pm
Location: EU @ SXSW (Maggie Mae’s), 323 E 6th Street, Austin, TX 78701
Ireland is co-hosting the opening night reception at the EU@SXSW House on Saturday, March 14 at 6:00pm. The evening will feature music by the Irish hip-hop duo TEBI REX as well as some festive St Patrick’s Day refreshments.
This event is supported by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Culture Ireland and Enterprise Ireland.

> Music From Ireland Official Showcase at SXSW
Music from Ireland lineup
Date/time: Thursday, 19 March from 8:00pm until late
Location: The Velveeta Room, 521 E 6th Street
The Irish music export office, Music From Ireland, will host their annual Music From Ireland Official Showcase at SXSW on 19 March at 8:00pm at The Velveeta Room.

> Music From Ireland ‘Full Irish Breakfast’ at SXSW
Date/time: Friday, 20 March at 11:00am-6:00pm
Location: B.D. Riley’s, 204 E 6th Street
The famous Full Irish Breakfast is returning to SXSW in 2020! Presented by Music From Ireland, the Full Irish Breakfast is your chance to see a selection of acts from across Ireland perform in an intimate setting while your breakfast Irish style is served.

> World Premiere of ‘The Racer’
Date/time: Friday, 13 March at 7:00pm-9:00pm
Location: Stateside Theatre, 719 Congress Ave
Co-produced by Blinder Films of Ireland, this drama is set at the opening Irish stages of the notorious 1998 Tour de France.
In addition to the world premiere on Friday, 13 March, the film will be shown on other dates at other locations throughout SXSW.

Arckit will be at SXSW EDU at the Austin Convention Center to showcase their educational model building kits.
