I need an application form

If you are resident outside Ireland, you will need to use an APS2 application form.

It is available in Irish (APS2G) and in English (APS2E) at the Embassy of Ireland in Sierra Leone.  You can either pick up the form at the Embassy or call/e-mail us to send you one.

The form is not downloadable.
