1345 Immigration Call Centre 

The 1345 Centre provides multilingual visa & immigration information and civil affairs consultations to expatriates in Korea. Available time: from 09:00 to 18:00 on week days, except for Sat & Sundays. Dial to 1345 anywhere, regardless of landline or mobile phone. This service is sponsored by E-Government Korea - Hi Korea.

1350 Labour Comprehensive Counselling Centre

Call 1350 from anywhere without dialling a local number and select a counselling area following voice instructions and you will be connected to a counsellor. After you get through to 1350, press 7 for English. Then you will be connected to a counsellor who provides service in each language. Available time: from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00. This service is sponsored by the Korean Ministry of Employment and Labour.

1644-0644 Migrants’ Help Line

The Help Line operates multilingual consultation supporting for the migrant workers who are suffering from language and communication. Available time: from Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00 / Sunday from 13:00 to 19:00. Dial to 1644-0644 anywhere, regardless of landline or mobile phone. This service is sponsored by Korea Migrant Worker’s Centre.

Seoul Global Center (SGC)

Seoul Global Center offers Professional Consulting Service to foreigners :- Monday, Wednesday & Friday relating to Law and Labour / Monday & Friday relating to Real Estate / Wednesday& Thursday relating to Tax. BBB Free Interpretation Help

BBB offers translation and interpretation services from Korean to 17 languages 24 hours - 7 days a week. The interpretation service is free and the service is staffed by volunteers. Tax Payer Help - The Helpline for Foreigners

This helpline was created to help foreigners with tax matters. If you are a foreigner and do not find the appropriate answer to your question, call the helpline on 82-2-397-1440. Available time: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm & Saturday 9:00am to 12:00pm (Except every forth Saturday in a month). National Pension Service – International Centre

1330 24hour Travel Info Call Center

The ‘tt’ Call Center was lunched in September 1999 to offer information on tourism, transportation, lodging, festivals and other events to travellers in Seoul. The name of the Center stands for Thirteen-Thirty in reference to the phone number, or Travelling Telephone. It has been recently linked with 112, the emergency phone number, to enlist the assistance of the police to meet the urgent needs of travellers. English Language Radio Station in South Korea

Korea’s first all-English radio station, TBS eFM was launched on 1 December, 2008. It is supported by the Seoul Metropolitan government and headed by Mr. Lee Joon-ho, CEO of Seoul TV and TBS Radio.

It broadcasts 20 hours of all-English programming daily at FM101.3 MHz. This channel provides useful information, up-to-date news and entertainment to the English speaking community in Seoul and the Gyeonggi province area. In 2009, broadcasting will also commence in Gwangju city in April and Busan city in September.
