I sent my documents to your office by post: how do I know if they have arrived?

The Embassy strongly recommends that you send your documents by registered mail or by courier. If you send your application by registered mail or by courier within Poland, you should be provided with a tracking facility which allows you to check if your envelope has been delivered.

Given the large amount of applications received, we strongly encourage applicants to use this facility.
