A family member passed away recently - what should I do with their passport?

You can return their Passport for cancellation with a Copy of their Death Certificate to:

• Customer Care Section, Embassy of Ireland, Passport Office, 114a Cromwell Road (Ground Floor), London SW7 4ES.

Please advise if you want the Passport to be returned in a supporting Cover Letter.
